Not much to say for Kenney and I...we're busy taking care of and transporting "the animals"! Here's a quick update on each ~
The Beast left for High Point in January. She loves the campus, the team, and her coach. Unfortunately, she was not released to play until a few months ago due to a stress fracture in her tibia. She returned to campus for second summer session and pre-season, and played in her first collegiate match a couple weeks ago! We plan on traveling to High Point with my parents the first of October for Family Weekend. After that, we probably won't see her again until Thanksgiving or Christmas!

The Peacock just started her freshman year at Noblesville and is currently playing volleyball on the freshman team. Historically, she's been our "baller" so not sure which direction she'll go. Right now she's enjoying volleyball and looking forward to basketball season!
The Chipmunk will start volleyball next week, and I have volunteered to coach her team :-) The Beast has plans to train her to be a setter!
The Roadrunner eats, drinks, and sleeps football. Unfortunately, I haven't taken any pictures yet this season, but plan on doing so today! I don't know if I'll be ready for tackle next year considering most days I think he'd be safer walking around in pads and a helmet. He's already come home from school with the biggest knot the nurse has ever seen on his head :-)
Last, but most certainly not least, the Monkey wears us out, but is a joy. She loves to play dress up, and is such a little princess! She is a little "sponge" and picks up everything her siblings say and do. Her most recent quote worth repeating is: Moriah - Mommy, that guy looks like Daddy, he's brown. Me - What color is _____ ,and then I ran through all the kids. According to Moriah, she and Brittany are also brown. Sydney, Kiley, and Josh are white. And me? I'm glass :-)
Hopefully, it won't be another 9 months before the next post!
