Our Little Man Turns Five!

It's hard to believe that Joshua will be 5 on Monday and ready for Kindergarten in the fall! Where does the time go? I thought it would be fun to post some pictures showing how he has changed over the years...

Here is Joshua David with his Papa David - I think my Dad was happy to finally have a little person who wears blue :0)

Now that's some hair! There was a period of time when everyone thought Joshua and Kiley were twins. Could it have been the hair?


I'm not sure what's worse...the hair or the 70's wallpaper in the background? Actually, the hair wasn't so bad...I think his nickname was Lil' Romeo!

Another favorite picture of mine...Joshua and his big sister, Kiley. They really are great friends!


This reminds me of Kenney's life verse from which we chose Joshua's name...Joshua 1:9 - I command you - be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

He looks pretty strong and courageous to me!


I'm a big brother!!

Big Girl Stuff!

Here are a few pictures of Moriah showing you what a "big" girl she is. We discovered yesterday that she can now pull herself up in her crib. She also loves to drink out of a regular cup...no bottle, no sippy cup - it must be a regular cup. (By the way, you don't want to share your cup with her because there is a lot of backwash involved :0) Other big girl accomplishments....she has been crawling for a month. We also brought up the high chair from the basement for her. It is loaded with extra padding as our "big" girl really isn't so big....just over 14 lbs. (Aren't some babies born that size?).
